A few words from us..
"Why would
anyone want to come and see me?
Let's face it - Nobody likes to have their car repaired.
But I try to make it as painless as possible.
I listen to the concerns, and I take into consideration
that money is tight, That you need your car fixed
- and fixed right the first time.
My customers like the fact that I get out into the shop
and get my hands dirty right along with the guys,
and I will take my customers out and show them what
is going on with their vehicle and show them the faulty parts.
I treat my customers like people, and I try and educate them
the best I can so we can build trust with each other.
Some of my customers will stop in to talk about their cars
but in all reality sometimes it is just to visit.
All in all, my customers feel comfortable with me.
I also won't take peoples money undulie.
I had a guy come in the other day with a transmission leak,
and after a brief conversation I told him for us to look at it
could cost him $XX, but that I didn't do transmission work.
So, rather than charge him rack time I sent him
down the road to a transmission shop.
After he went down to the transmission shop and made his
appointment, he stopped back by the shop to say thank you.
He said you could have taken my money and then
sent me down the road, but you were honest
and you did the best thing for me.
Now how did that make me feel? Pretty darn good ! |

I treat people
like I want to be treated.
I don't look at them as a way to pay the bills.
I will not sell something that is not needed.
I make suggestions and recomendations but the choice
is really theirs. It is not always me telling the customer
what has to be done. If we can put some repairs off for
a little bit then we do that. Safety of that vehicle is #1.
I dont want to be a part of one of my customers
getting hurt or injuring someone because
I did not repair the car to be as safe as possible..."
