I'm trying to think if that is a GOOD thing.

Most of my dreams are forgotten
within about 15 minutes of waking up.
There a few bits and pieces of dreams that drift
in and out of my mind from time to time -
but we can't talk about those here.
( I like to think this is a family friendly forum :) )

You can tell I'm writing this in the morning
- very early morning to me, as I seldom
roll out of bed before 8am. Cramps my style.

What I thought this said is;
" Your most memorable dreams will come true ".
What it actually says is:

" Your most memorable dream
will come true "

So maybe thats why I missed it the first time -
because THAT is huge for me;
And it's also something I have seen the tip of the iceberg of.
What I mean is, I have had a taste, or a touch of what my
biggest and most memorable dream is - and that has been
shown to me by, of all people
YOU.

I have received letters from so many people sharing with me
how something I said or did touched them in some profound way,
and in many cases their lives will never be the same.

On the one hand, I'm so humbled I don't even feel comfortable
sharing that with you - because I'm just me; no big deal.
And at the same time, knowing that I CAN make a difference
drives me to do what I can and more of it more often
to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Ironically enough, creating this website
was another step in that direction.

I have 7 fortune cookies left in the bag,
and I have resolved to open one a day and
write about the fortune contained within.
So, you and I have a pact of sorts.
Every day until the cookies are gone, I must write.

And it's one thing to let myself off the hook;
if I was writing every day just for me - I wouldn't do it.
I know this because I've had over 10 years experience
of NOT writing every day and wanting to - to prove it!

But for YOU...

For you I will open that fortune cookie every day,
and together we will discover something about each of us;
something that in some way will make our day better.
