I see great people… What do you see?

Last week I’m at the store walking
around an aisle when all of a sudden,
a line from a movie pops in my head;

“I see dead people,
only they don’t know they’re dead.”
(this is my paraphrased version -
I haven’t seen the movie in 7+ years)

To which my mind echoed back this,
and it’s been haunting me ever since:

“I see great people,
only they don’t know they’re great…”

It took me a week to write this piece
because I don’t know how to convince

Almost… is it good enough?

I heard a commercial some time ago
that told the story about a man who was
down on his luck & a really hard place.

Fearfully and Wonderfully Made…

We all reach a point where we say enough is enough, and refuse
to continue selling ourselves short and settling for a life of “less than”.

And yet… how often do we stop at the next rung of the ladder,

On January 20. 2017 the 45th President of the
United States of America took over the Oval Office.

Regardless of the outcome of the election,
there is one thing that still holds true;

The power is in the People.

Live Happily Ever After; Before, and During…

I thought I’d switch gears here,
and talk about “relationships”.

So, this whole boy / girl / love thing -

of any relationship both parties are really
pouring on the charm & pulling out the stops
while at the same time throwing out little “tests”
