Sometimes it takes a tragedy to cause us
to take hold of our lives and create triumph.
From the rumble of toppled buildings
to crushed & shattered dreams and hopes;
where we go from here all starts at a beginning.

greed, hate and self centered agenda that brought

Here we are – facing a Happy New Year!
Now, I know a lot of people around the new year have
spent time making resolutions to finding solutions
to things that weren’t quite so right last year.
A new year…
What better time for a fresh start, right?
I tried explaining to my son the other night
that we are where we are right now in Life,
and that nothing can be done to change
anything in the past that has led us here.
We can share how we feel about what’s
happened in the past – but no amount of
complaining, cursing, or causing challenges

standing in line to purchase a small
dresser I’d found to help organize
what is my clothing chaos.
